Crystal will improve her organization through


the use of Google Documents and LiveBinder
to avoid losing materials for class.

Crystal will be trained on how to


upload documents to Google
Documents and LiveBinder
through her iPhone. She will also
be trained on using the camera on
her phone as a scanner through
the Scanner Pro app.

Crystal will share access to her Google


Drive, and her LIveBinder account with
her parents, and with Austin Smith so
that they can monitor and check her
progress.

Austin Smith will assist Crystal setting up


accounts on Google for a Google Drive and on
Livebinder. He will then train her in the use of
the use of the Google Drive and LIvebInder
websites and apps. Crystal will be
responsible for choosing which documents are
important and need to be scanned. Her
parents and Austin Smith will check her
Google and LiveBinder accounts to ensure
that she is using them faithfully.

Crystal will utilize the productivity tools preinstalled on her iPhone to set reminders for todo lists, due dates, and assignments.

Crystal will be trained to use her


iPhone to set reminders for due
dates of assignments, create to-do
lists for completion of long-term
assignments, and set calendar
entries with reminders for
important events.

Crystal will self-report her use of the


productivity tools on her iPhone, and her
parents will check in with her to make
sure that she turns in assignments on
time.

Austin Smith will train Crystal in the use of


the productivity tools on her iPhone. Crystal
will be responsible for entering dates into her
calendar, reminders, and clock apps.
Crystals parents will be responsible for
checking to make sure that she continues to
use her apps.
