Just a thought: I know, I know it makes no sense. Why on earth should any trials
cause a joyful response? Dont miss James big word in this picture: CONSIDER. Its
actually a command (there are a lot of commands in James). It implies
intentionality. When something trying happens in your life, stop and really THINK
about it. Are you learning perseverance? How is God using this moment to
complete His work in you? It might not make the trial any easier, but it might make
the time of testing worthwhile.
