March 26 James 4:11-12

Just a thought: Keep whats happening in mind. People are in conflict with one
another (4:1-3). We struggle in being faithful to God (4:4-6). We have just been
(very bluntly) informed of how to get off the wheel of sin and consequences. Then
James says not to judge our neighbor. This is NOT a call to ignore sin, in ourselves
or in others. This IS a call not to live in a state of judgment, but instead to live in
Gods grace and to share that grace with other people. When we want what God
wants, not only does this change our view of God, but it also changes our view of
those we encounter.
