Submittal of Revised Implementation Plan

Reference: Your letter No: 601131-IP-LE-CMJV/SMEC-004 dated 05 January 2014.
The following revisions / additions are suggested.
1. Three new items shall be added for Pole foundation design, Month-wise forecast of overall project progress
and Month-wise forecast of fund requirement.
2. Item 11: Detail Design (Electric) S&A the duration shall be adjusted to be not less than 28 days
3. Item No: 48, inspection and testing of PSC poles the given time frame is not practicable. Please select one of
the two options given in the technical specification (Contract documents Volume 3 of 4 Chapter 2C Clause
1.19) and amend the dates to suit the selected option
4. Items 96 to 102 please adjust the Finish date to be not later than mid September 2014
Please clarify the following points (these clarifications can be given in the coving letter itself or as a separate text attached
to it)
1. Item No: 6 does this item include provision of necessary office equipment and warehouse management
software?
2. Item No: 18, Pole Spotting please describe the scope of Pole spotting
