Presence of Fail cost

- Shop drawing civil for all electrical room not same with we request .
- Install cable rack at press factory distrub boom lift a engine problem schedule work not following target.
- Install supporting at welding factory distrub weather rainy & dark cloudy usually time 3 pm.
- Warehouse for storage materials capacity not enough so we must put down materials to other place (temporary materials storage).
Measures of Same as Above

- We information to supervisor site for pending work & coordination drawing with civil a not much out of material and cost payment worker twice work.
- We coordination with subcont boom lift for repair engine change spare parts too quickly for follow target work.
- We coordination with supervisor site to separate for a lot group to follow target delay because rainy and work not more than 2 pm.
- We coordinate with ME takenaka need temporary warehouse for storage materials before materials onsite at project.
Problem of Others
- Civil delayed schedule concrete slab at power building we not install cable rack & c-channel using scaffolding.
- Change current capacity for machine at painting factory.
- Change current capacity for machine and type busduct tap off for above 630 A & plug in below 400 A at welding factory.
Measures of Same as Above

- We using scaffolding include track for mobilization install cable rack & c-channel.
- We calculation to demand load for machine additional & quotation.
- We calculation to demand load for machine using tap off or plug in busduct for additional & quotation.
