Description:
The Project Involves development of CDMA 1X & DO service Network for both Voice
and Data Services. The total network includes 1 MSC, 3 BSC & 1071 cell sites all
over TN.
Roles and Responsibilities
Operations and Maintenance of ZTE BTS (ZXSDR B8200) Equipements CDMA
Project.
Trouble shooting the faults in ZTE BTS .
Various hardware in BTS, GPS antenna to clear alarms.
Measure VSWR & Troubleshoot the problems regarding high VSWR, Alarm Termination.
Proficient in handling maintenance operations with ability to reduce machinery down time
and optimize efficiency of machines and equipments.
Ensuring Zero fault code at an O&M engineer, BBU entities Alarms reduction.
With the central RF team to improvise the network quality indicators.
Microwave:

External Alarm generation and checking

Troubleshoot the Intracom equipments (IDR, ISR and UBR).
Microwave LOS Survey.
Microwave planning and implementation of ring topology in already existing sites.
Configuration changes of existing sites for capacity enhancements,
Implementations and others
Experience in 1+1, 1+0 and 2+0 configurations in microwave.E1 Transmission.
Collect the photographs of the Site and Maintain in the Site Folder.
Handing of software such as IDR_LCT_C, IDR_LCT_CSNMP and Radwin
manager. Prepare and maintain the site microwave database.
Verify the Punch Points Clearance. Conduct preventive maintenance audit for
sites.

SS communications (Since June 2009 to may2011)

As a Project Engineer:
Experienced in co-ordination with Team Members & with management for
rapid project.
Installing the Microwave antenna and GSM antenna.
Microwave Survey and RF survey done for customer and get the idea to fix
the Microwave antenna and analyze the RF Signal Levels.

Responsible for Acceptance test of BSC and BTS

Preparation and Definitions of data for loading new BTS, rectification of faults
and cell data changes in network configuration for BTS sites
