Dear Parents/Guardians,

Trip to Laser Quest – Friday 29th January.

This letter is to inform you that, as a leadership team, we are

planning to take the youth to ‘Lazer Quest’ in Acocks Green on Friday
29th January. We will be providing transport and will be departing from
Selly Oak Elim Church at 7.00pm. We therefore ask that all who intend
to come arrive promptly. We will be back at the Church by the usual
finishing time of 9.00pm. If we are unable to return by this time then
we will endeavour to contact you. In order to do so it would be most
helpful if you would provide us with an up-to-date contact number.

Each person attending will need to bring about £10.00 with them
to cover the costs of the trip. Also, if anyone has any allergies or
special requirements (e.g. diabetes, nut allergies etc) please could you
inform a member of the leadership team and communicate any
necessary information.
