    Please complete one form for each family member attending the event / activity. Please sent this form with the young person I consent to my son/ daughter _________________________ (Name/s in Full) to attend the event of Ice Cream and Beach games in Newcastle on _Tuesday 9th August_. This is an evening event, leaving the church at 6.30 pm, transport will be provided from Saintfield Parish car park both to Newcastle and back again. The cost of the evening will be free, but they should bring some spending money if they want to. We aim to be back in the church car park by about 9.30pm 9.45pm. If there are any parents who could be on standby to offer lifts in case we dont have enough spaces it would be most helpful, then please give me a ring and let me know.
