Dear Parents,

KEY MESSAGE OF THE WEEK!

Every year we ask parents to review the information we hold on our
children regarding their medical needs. Please make sure you have
handed in a completed medical form for your child. This is very
important information regarding allergies and emergency contact
details. Spare medical forms are available from the school ofce. We
appreciate the time you take to do this but we hope you recognise it is
in your childrens best interest.
