OPERATION GUIDE
Professional Purification In Compressed Air
INSTALLATION
1. Location
1.1.
Indoor air cooled type dryer must be installed in a well ventilated
arewith minimum dust and heat.
1.2.
Mount dryer on firm level surface with at least 1 meter clearance
from wall or other equipments.
2. Piping
2.1.
Install dryer after cooler or receiver of air compressor. Connect
correctly by following air flow direction.
2.2.
In / Out valves and by pass valves are necessary for easy service.
Use vibration dampener if needed.
2.3.
Pre filters (grade C / grade T) are needed for removing water and
particles after filters (grade A / grade H) are needed for removing oil and
odor.
3. Electrical Connections
3.1.
N.F.B. protection must be added to power source end. Correct
voltage, phase and frequency please refer to nameplate.
3.2.
Use proper cooper supply wires only. Be sure to connect the
grounding cable.

OPERATION
Before operation, check all chekpoints as listed on nameplate and
operation manual. Refrigerant suction pressure gauge readings are
corresponding with ambient temperature.
Checkpoints after operation:
1. Working current.
2. Fan motor function.
3. Inlet compressed air conditions flow capacity, pressure, temperature,
etc.
4. Air leakage.
5. Refrigerant suction pressure R22 : 50 ~ 90 / R134a : 25 ~ 60 psig.
6. Air outlet pressure.
7. Temperature difference between inlet and outlet (10 ~ 300C)
8. Check manual auto drain system after 30 minutes running.
[CAUTION]
1. Do not operate over 24 hous when unloaded.
2. Do not continue to switch ON / OFF. 3 minutes minimum interval
between each start up.

3. Let compressed air pass through dryer 3 minutes after start up to

ensure stable dew point.
MAINTENANCE
1. Check manual auto drain system daily when clogged, slightly, open
manual valve then remove auto drain and clean.
2. Check condenser / cooler fins daily. When dirty, remove the dirt and oil
by air gun or specified cleaning solution.
