Login Members:
School Plus Have 4 Types of Login Options.
1. Admin Login
2. Student Login
3. Parent Login
4. Teacher Login
2. Admin Access :
(a) Transport :
1. Admin can add new Transport Root, mention the number of buses, destination of the root,
points in the root and can give the instruction about bus path.
2. Admin can change the Transport information anytime. This can be accessd only by the admin.
(b) Settings (Payment Settings):
1. This setting process is fully based on Payments. Here the admin can add new PayPal payment
account; change the payment status (enable or disable); and the payment mode (Sandbox or Live
Account).
2. The admin can change or update the payment information anytime. This Setting can be
accessed only by the admin.
(c) Notice Board:
1. If the admin wants to share any important news or event to the school members, including
teachers, students and parents, he can post in notice Board and it automatically shows up on all
Members Calender and Members Notice Board.
2. Notice board action control is allocated to both the Admin and the Teacher.
(d) Dormitory:
1. Dormitory section mentions about the number of hostel rooms in School and how rooms are
seperated based on Room's size. Ex: 5 bed Room's -> 10 Rooms, 3 Bed Rooms -> 12 Rooms
2. Admin can maintain Dormitory Room Details. Room Details Maintanence is based on room id
and name.
(e) Library:
1. Admin can add new books in the library and mention book count, along with status.
2. Searching books is made easy with the Search Box tool.
(F) Payment:
1. Admin only can allocate payment for each student like exam fees, tution fee, annual day
charge etc

2. Admin can have control on all the payment details.


(g) Exam:
1. Admin can add exam list like the starting date, the ending date, time table for every class etc.
2. Admin also can maintain the grade system (A+ -> above 90 A -> above 80 below 89).
(h) Mark Attendance:
1. Admin can enter and maintain the Mark Details Based on Exam Name, Subject Name, Class
Name and the Students name
(I) Class Routine :
1. Here, the admin can dynamically generate Class Time Table for each class based on subject,
teacher, and class.
(j) Teacher, Class, Subject
1. Admin can add a teacher and assign as class teacher and subject teacher.
2. Each class has one class teacher and several subject teachers.
(k) Student & Parent
1. Admin can view the Student and Student Parent profile details.
2. Admin can maintain the entire student functionality.
3. Student Access:
(a) Dashboard:
1. Here the student can view Notice Alert, Exam Alert on Calender and also the total number of
students, class and the teacher details.
(b) Teacher:
1. Here student can view his class and subject teacher details.
(c) Mark Attendance:
1. student can view the Mark Details Based on Exam Name, Subject Name and Class Name.
(D) Class Routine:
1. Class Routine dynamically generates Student Class Time Table based on its subject, teacher
and class.

(E) Payment:
1. Admin allocates payment for each student like exam fees, tution fee, Annual day charge and
the students can view it here.
2. If a student has completed the pending payment, the student can use the PayPal button to
change the PayPal eliseare shown here and the student can chagne the status to Paid.
(F) Library:
1. A student can view the List of books on library and also can view the status of book.
(d) Dormitory:
1. A student can view the total number of hostel Room's there in School, along with the room
size.
(e) Transport:
1. A student can view the bus root, bus name, bus fair, no of buses, path description etc
(F) Notice Board :
1. A student can view the General Announcement and Important news.
4. Parent Access:
(a) Dashboard:
1. Here the parents can view notice alert, exam alert on calender and also can view total no of
students, class, teacher details.
(b) Teacher:
1. Here the parents can view class teacher and subject teacher details.
(c) Mark Attendence:
1. Parents can view the mark details based on Exam Name, Subject Name, Class Name.
(D) Class Routine:
1. Here the parents can view the dynamically generated Class Time Table, based on subject,
teacher, class.
(E) Payment:
1. Admin allocates Payment for each student like exam fees, Tuition Fee, Annual day charge.

2. If student has any pending payment PayPal Button can be used to pay or else the payment
status is change to Paid.
(F) Library:
1. Parent can view the List of books on library and also can view the status of Book.
(d) Dormitory:
1. Parent can view the number of hostel Rooms in the School and Room's size.
(e) Transport:
1. Parent can view the Bus Root, Bus Name, Bus Far, No of buses, Path Description.
(F) Notice Board:
1. Parent can view the General Announcement and Important news.
5. Teacher Access:
(a) Dashboard:
1. Here Student Can View Notice Alert, Exam Alert on Calender and also can view Total no of
students, class Teacher Details.
(b) Student Management:
1. Teacher can view the Student and Student Parent Profile Details.
2. Teacher can maintain entire student Functionality (Add, Edit, and Delete).
(c) Parent Management:
1. Teacher can view the Student and Student Parent Profile Details.
2. Teacher can maintain entire Parent Functionality based on Student Email (Add, Edit, and
Delete).
(d) Subject:
1. Teacher can view all subjects and subject teacher.
(e) Mark Attendance:
1. Teacher can enter and maintain the students Mark Details, Based on the Exam Name, Subject
Name, and Class etc.

(f) Class Routine:


1. Here, the teachers can view the dynamically generated Class Time Table, based on subject,
teacher, class.
(g) Library:
1. Teacher can view the List of books on library and also can view the status of Book.
(h) Transport:
1. Teacher can view the Bus Root and Bus Name, Bus Far, No of buses, Path Description.
(i) Notice Board:
1. Teacher can view the General Announcement and important news. The teacher also has
permission to access post and edit notice board details.
