Management System (CMS)

The CMS is implemented in the following areas of operations: http://18.224.73.193/VSMERP/

1. Planning and Development

 Students List: it will display the selected students details along with parent contact
details.
 Lesson Planner: To view planned & conducted lectures.
 View Time Table: All branches section wise time tables can be viewed.
 Faculty Time Table: faculty individual time tables.
 Manage Shared Content: The faculty members upload materials to the portal so
that the students can download the material for preparation.

Reports:
 Periodical Attendance: displays section wise attendance of specified period
including total %(period: start date and end date should be selected).
 Absents summary: list of absents of particular section of specified date or period
display.
 Attendance Detail: To know student wise attendance details as per date periods. A
period will display in pink colour if student is absent on that period.
 Attendance Register: Individual subject attendance of a section can be viewed.
Total ,% of attendance of all students of the section in that subject will display.
 Attendance Summary: To Monitor Day Wise attendance marking. (Subject title
with Green: Attendance marked)
 Consolidated Attendance: Overall (Total No. of conducted & attended, %)
attendance of selected selection will be displayed.
 Monthly Attendance: Monthly attendance can be generated by selecting section and
period of the month.

2. Administration:
Alerts: SMS can be sent to parents, student, HODs, Teaching staff etc.
Attendance Alert: SMS sent to the parents of absentees students.
Certificate issue: Bonafide and transfer certificates.
 Manage Mentor Comments: it will display section wise mentor list. Higher
authorities can monitor the comments which are made by faculty to students in academics,
placements, personality development, and extracurricular activities.

Reports:
 Sent SMS Report: sent SMS report of a student can be view based on requirement.
 Event Calendar: semester plan can be updated in the event calendar option. All
faculties can able to see the events based on the calendar date.

3. Finance and Accounts

Accounts: fee details of students are maintained through accounts option.

4.Studdent Admission and support:

Admission details of students are maintained through admissions option and the
admission forms of students are updated by admission staff. Students can view their
admission details.

5. Examinations:
The examination branch uses the CMS to upload internal and external examinations
marks. It maintains student academic performance of all semester in the program. Students
are able to view their marks and percentage semester wise.
