Duties:

Ensure quality services.


Ensure CRS are fully trained for the one point customer services.
Interview customer before opening an account following the guidelines of KYC.
Checking salary reports irregular & graded loans.
Ensure that charges are collected as per bank & there is no leakage of income.

Supervise cash verification atleast twice a month.


Act as custodian of ATM cards & Visa pines.
Process of labour guarantee- absconding guarantee & family visa in the system
after checking that all documents are correct & as per police.
Process authorization & salary advances as per bank policy guidelines.
Checking of TT application DD central bank transfer & follow up till process in the
