Costumer Service – In my role, I am responsible for various tasks related to customer service
and sales. This includes handling return requests and ensuring purchased products are returned
efficiently and accurately. I am also in charge of creating quotations for potential customers,
providing them with accurate pricing information. Additionally, I actively gather and manage
customer feedback, ensuring their concerns are addressed and their satisfaction is maintained. I
am also the point of contact for customer inquiries, responding promptly and providing helpful
information. Lastly, I organize and manage the schedule of my team, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
Carrefour (2011-2012).
Cashier – In my role, I am responsible for handling customer payments in various forms,
including cash, cards, and vouchers. I ensure that customers are able to make payments for
their purchases and accurately process those payments. At the end of each day, it is my duty to
count the cash received and submit it to the accounting department for reconciliation.
