    TheGeneralAssemblyandSecurityCouncil,

    AcknowledgingthattheUnitedNationshaseffectivelyapprovedonehundredthirtyone
    (131)resolutionsregardingtheIsraelPalestineissue,noneofwhichhaveproven
    successful,

    Observingthatthisconflicthaspersistedmorethansixtyfive(65)yearsasoneofthe
    mostfatalwarsinworldhistoryandthatpreviousresolutions(resolution916)have
    demonstrateddeficiency(Question),

    Emphasizingthataccordingtothe
    JewishVirtualLibrary
    ,morethan121,000
    PalestiniansandIsraelishavebeenkilledinthisconflictsince1920(Vital),

    ConvincedthatunpressedviolenttransactionsbetweenArabsandJewswillonly
    resultinmoredeathsofinitiatorsandinnocents,destructionofresidencies,anda
    resolutionislesslikelytobemaintainedifthetwoculturesareholdinggrudges,

    Deeplyconvincedthatinordertoresolvethisdisputeefficientlyistobeintoleranttoany
    actofviolenceorassaultoneithertheMuslimsorZionistsresultinginexploitingall
    aggression,

    Affirmingthateliminatingallactsofaggressionwillbethefirststepof
    developingrenewedpeacebetweenIsraelandPalestineandwillalsocreateneutral
    territorytomakeamendsmoreefficiently,

    BearinginmindthatthisconflictsolelyrevolvesaroundIsraelandPalestineandthe
    militaryinvolvementoftheinternationalcommunitywillonlyfurthertightenthetensions
    betweentheZionistsandArabMuslims,thatacontrolledceasefireinthe
    IsraelPalestineterritorieswillprovideanopportunityfortherepresentativesofIsraeland
    Palestinetopeacefullyandefficientlycommunicateaboutpossibleresolutionswithout
    beingconcernedaboutthestabilityandsafetyoftheirpeopleslivesandhomes,

    FullybelievingthatthisconflictwillonlyberesolvedifIsraelandPalestineagreeon
    theirtermswithoutinternationalinfluence(increasesoftradeorthewithholdingof
    resourcesie.bribery)tobeabletomaintainstabilitybetweenthemformuchlongerto
    latercreateapotentialallianceorfriendship,

    KeepinginmindthatChinaiswillingtoleadtheinternationalcommunityinthe
    reconstructionofpeacebetweenIsraelandPalestine,evenwillingtogrant1.5million
    UnitedStatesDollars(USD)inemergencyaidaccordingtothe
    MinistryofForeign
    AffairsoftheDemocraticPeoplesRepublicofChina
    ,

    FurtherremindsthatpeaceandtheeliminationofviolencebetweenIsraelandPalestineis
    thetoppriority,aswellasthesafetyofcitizens,allofwhichaceasefirewillprovide,

    Guidedbypriorstatementsofanewresolutionwiththeinternationalinterestcallsupon
    allnationstoconsiderthefollowing,

    1. Requestsapeacetreatyprohibitingallactsofverbalorphysicalaggressiontobesigned
    betweenatleastIsraelandallnationshostingPalestinianrefugeecampstoensure
    protectiononallcitizensandaccordstability:

    (a)Withreadinesstodisregardthisresolutionifthetreatyisnotsigned
    betweenatleastIsraelandallnationshostingPalestinianrefugeecamps:

    (b)Withenthusiasmwelcomesallnationsconsentingtosignthepeacetreatywill
    beusedinturnforthirdpartymediatingandenforcingthistruce

    2. Considerstheneedforsanctionsormilitaryinterventionifviolencecontinuesafterthe
    treatyissigned:

    (a)Withtheestablishmentofmilitarysanctionsfirsttoprecludeallactsof
    assault:

    (b)WithanabovethirdpartyauthorityaswellasChinaenforcingthissanction
    withmilitaryactionifitisunderfurtherviolation

    3. Declaresaccordinglythatthesovereigntyofallnationsandhumanrightsaretobe
    protectedandmaintainedstrictlyintheeventofmilitarysanctionsbeingenforced

    4. Furtherremindsthatthetoppriorityofthistreatyistoeliminatelossoflifeandto
    increasepeacetalksbetweenIsraelandPalestinewhilemaintainingsovereignty

    5. ExpresseshopeforallpeacetalksbetweenIsraelandPalestinetobemonitoredbyan
    unbiased,neutralthirdpartymediator:

    (a)Withthethirdpartymediatorhavingsignedsaidpeacetreaty

    6. Requeststhatthesigningofthetreatyaresucceededwithinone(1)yearofthisresolution
    gettingpassed

    7. Stronglyacceptsthatallnationsopposedtothisresolutionwillnotbeinvolvedwithany
    IsraelPalestinerelationsuntiltheyhavegivenconsenttosignthepeacetreaty

    8. Proclaimsthatifthisresolutiondoesnotpassthanpreviousresolutionspassedbythe
    GeneralAssemblyandSecurityCouncil(resolution916)willbecontinuedtobe
    enforced.
