Today is Anis first day as a high school student. She wakes up early to have more
time to prepare in order to not come late to school, such as ironing her uniform, eating
breakfast, and making sure the books and stationeries are already inside her school bag. After
saying goodbye to her mother, she walks to the driveway where her car is located. Anis father
is the one who is driving Ani to school today. She gets inside the car, puts on her seatbelt, and
makes sure the door is locked. After that, her father begins to drive.
The street is not crowded, maybe because it is still 5.30 in the morning. Ani and her
father feel relieved because there is no traffic jam. After ten minutes of journey, Ani feels
sleepy. When Ani is dozing off while staring at the window, the car stops at the traffic light
and she sees something unusual. Amazing, even. Beside her car, there is a man driving his
blue car, with a lot of sacks on top of it. One sack is placed inside the car, on the back seat.
While the other sacks are placed outside the car, piled on top of each other and tied around
each other. Each sacks looks really heavy. It looks like the mans car cant handle the weight
of the sacks. The back of the car looks really suppressed. Ani taps her fathers shoulder, Dad,
look at that! Anis father then turns his head to the right and finally sees the suppressed car.
Both Ani and her father laugh in unison. Then, Anis father drives again because the traffic
light turns to green.
I kind of feel bad for him, but it is also funny and amazing, Anis father says. Ani
agrees, nodding her head. She looks back and sees the blue car moving really slowly. Isnt it
dangerous, Dad? Ani asks. Her father answers, Of course, he shouldve asked for someone
elses help. He couldve gotten himself into an accident or caused one.
Not long after that, Ani arrives at her new school. She gets out of the car and bends
down to talk to her father through the window, Wish me luck, Dad! And have a safe drive
back to home! Anis father smiles at his daughter, Sure, thing, Ani. Have a nice day at
school, too. Study well. Then, Anis father leaves the school and drives back to home.
