Batangas Pork Adobo

500 gm Pork Liempo ( adobo act )

1 head garlic minced

18 gm aji-shio Garlic Seasoning

¼ cup soy sauce

Anato

¼ vinegar

Ajinomoto ( msg)

Cooking oil

String beans

Procedure:

Saute garlic until brown. Add pork till golden brown. Put soy sauce, vinegar , anato

Simmer until tender . Add string beans and aji-nomoto


Ginataang Bagoong

2 cup bagoong balayan

1 cup coconut milk

1 ginisa mix

1 secret sangkap

Ginger minced

1. Add all ingredients and simmer

Sinaing na tulingan sa cola

1k tulingan ( pressed )

1 cup cola

¼ k pork fats

1 Aji – Sinigang sa Sampalok

Aji-nomoto msg

Onion ring

Sliced tomato

Procedure:

Pressed tulingan and put iodized salt. Arrange in casserole w/ pork fats and add Aji- Shio
sampalok mix. Simmer and add aji-nomoto.
Spaghetti w/ Batangas Caldereta Sauce

½ k beef cubed

¼ k onion minced

1 head garlic, minced

¼ cup butter

¼ cup ground pork liver

Worstershire Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 Aji – Shio pepper seasoning

Anato

Aji-nomoto

¼ cup cheez whiz

6 pcs quail eggs

¼ cup pickle relish

Cooking oil

Procedure:

Saute garlic , onion, and beef in butter . Add soy sauce, worstershire sauce, pepper, anato,
and pickle relish. Simmer until tender and add pork liver, cheese whiz and msg.

Serve 4-6
