clinical, community, long-term care and school nutrition management rotations.
Alongside a preceptor, providing nutrition assessments and recommendations, developing menus, nutrition
lessons and education materials among other duties.
Assisted dietitians by verifying patients meal tickets with patients diet orders.
Assembled and delivered meal trays, recorded food temperatures and implemented corrective actions if needed.
Followed basic food safety and sanitation practices while handling food.
