Dear Attorney Teneh:
I herein request the following:
a) Exact references in the State Register of Debtors' Courts magistrates' appointments
Search of the State Register, failed to provide reference to the publication of the appointments
by the Minister of Justice of the following Debtors' Courts magistrates :
a) Tel-Aviv - Keren Gil Turgeman
b) Tel-Aviv Keren Farjun Zitman
c) Tel-Aviv Guy Smolerchick
d) Jerusalem Miriam Darmoni-Yazdi
e) Jerusalem Kais Karameh
However, the search engine is not always reliable.
Therefore, I kindly request the exact reference in the State Register of the publication of the
appointments of the magistrates, listed above.
b) Alternatively, authenticated copies of the appointment records
In response on a Freedom of Information request, I received from the Enforcement and
Collection Authority the enclosed response and copies of appointment records of the above
referenced magistrates. However, such response came with an unsigned cover letter, missing
a reference number, by a person of dubious authority.
Therefore, in case the appointment of any of the above listed magistrates was not published in
the State Register, I herein request copies of the appointment records, authenticated True
Copy of the Original, by an authorized signer in the Ministry of Justice, pursuant to
guidelines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in compliance with the Hague Apostille
Convention (1961), for the purpose of issuing apostilles for filing of such legal public records
outside the State of Israel.
