Response within 14 days is kindly requested. RE: Reply on Freedom of Information response (T/6) by the Ministry of Justice, in re: Apostille Certification Arrangement Dear Attorney Teneh: Thank you for your expedient response, referenced above and linked below. [1] I write to request that you consider correcting or expanding the response, for the reasons provided below: 1. The response in part says:
By law, the Minister of Justice delegates.

It would be greatly appreciated if you provide the full reference to the law, which is applicable to this specific delegation of authority. 2. In providing the legal foundation for the denial, the response in part says:
A public authority is permitted to deny a request for information in one of the following: the Information was created by another agency.

In the same breath, the response states that the Minister of Justice delegated authority Obviously, such writing, which delegates authority of and by the Minister of Justice, was generated in the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, I request again that your office produce only the copy of that writing, and no other record, which was generated in the Administration of Courts. 3. You do not mention in your response any publication in Reshumot (the official Register of the State of Israel) in this matter. In case there was any applicable publication in Reshumot, I would be grateful for the reference. Thank you again for your help.
