TheFebruary1stdeadlineisbasedonenvironmentalassessments,constructiontimelinesandtestingschedulesallrequiredtoensurethefacilityisreadyintimefor
theGames.Troopsaid.WemustrememberthemandateofthePan/ParapanAmericanGamesistopromoteamateursport.TheGameslegacywillbetocreate
muchneededinfrastructurewhichpromoteshealthy,activecommunitiesandhighperformanceamateurathleticdevelopment.
