ALL ABOUT THE BIG SCHOOL WE LEARN IN

Hi! We are Oni, Eriyonna and Jamil and we want to

talk to you about Arnone School jobs.

First are the specialists! The art teacher has a very

special job because she teaches different kinds of art.
Another important job is the gym teacher. He teaches
physical education like baseball and soccer. Next, there
is the health teacher who teaches us all about health,
safety, and nutrition. The library teacher teaches us all
about books; nonfiction, fiction, biography, historical
fiction, and so many more genres! Lastly, the music
teacher teaches about different kinds of music.
One other important job is the custodian. It may
seem disgusting, but its really important because we
need a clean school so we wont learn in a dump! Also, an
important job is the lunch people. They are the people
who serve food to the students and adults. If we didnt
have lunch, we would starve! Additionally, the school
nurse is important because she takes care of us if we are
sick or hurt.
The boss of the school is the Principal. The
Principal is in charge of the school and works on getting
what we need. The Assistant Principal does what the
Principal does, but his job is to keep the school in order
and under control!
The most important job is the teacher. We should
thank the teachers for helping us get smart and teaching
us all the things we need to learn.
Lastly, we students have a job too! We need to go to
school every day and learn until we finish college. We
need to do this so we can live our lives the way we want.
Also, our job is to follow the Arnone expectations, which
we say every day!

cub grows, the circles

tear drop. In addition,
giant pandas are on the line of extinction.
There are just over 1,000 pandas left in the
word. Scientists are hoping to increase the
wild panda population to 5,000 by 2025.

Johnny Football
Johnny Manziel goes by the nickname Johnny
Football. He was a football star at Texas A&M as a
quarterback, and was the first freshman in history to win
the Heisman trophy in 2012. He was named a senior athlete
when he was on the team at Texas A&M. He was selected 22nd
overall in the 2014 draft by the Cleveland Browns and signed
a 4 year $8.25 million contract with the Browns.

All About KDs

KDs are shoes that Kevin Durant designed for
basketball. There are many types of KDs, like
Maryland blue crab KDs, camouflage KDs, Easter
KDs, sour patch KDs and there are KD 7s and KD 6s.
KDs are made to make you jump higher. KDs come in every different
color and size. KDs are 100 dollars for kids, but for adults they are
about 150 dollars! KDs have a Nike sign on the side and a thunder
bolt sign on the bottom. It has a thunder bolt sign
on the bottom because Kevin Durant plays for the
Thunders. The Thunders are a basketball team
from Oklahoma in the NBA.

Volcano Eruption in Cape Verde

In Cape Verde there was a horrible volcano eruption. The name of
the volcano that exploded is Fogo. Fogo is the most active volcano
in Cape Verde. Unfortunately, the eruption
destroyed two villages and 1,700 people were
displaced. It took four days for the volcano
(lava) to stop flowing.
The Fogo volcano eruption is now one of the
worst volcanic disasters in the 21st century.

Crazy for Chocolate

Here are some interesting facts about chocolate.
1. Eating dark chocolate everyday
reduces the risk of heart disease.
2. The smell of chocolate increases
relaxation.
3. White chocolate isnt technically
chocolate. It contains no cocoa at all!
4. It takes approximately 400 cocoa
beans to make one pound of chocolate.
5. Switzerland eats the most chocolate.
6. M&Ms were created in 1941 as a way
for soldiers to enjoy chocolate without it
melting.
