It is not easy for Mr. Jufri to stop smoking because he started smoking a long time ago
when he was in SMP. He smokes a lot so he often has bad coughs and gets sick easily. Now he
believes that smoking is not healthy, so he wants to stop smoking. He keeps trying to smoke
fewer and stop it but he knows it is not easy.

THE THIRSTY CROW

On a hot day, a thirsty crow flew over a flied looking for water. For a long time, she
could not find any. She felt very exhausted, almost giving up. Suddenly she saw a water jug
below her, she flew straight down to see if there was any water inside. It was a surprise
because there was some water inside the jug.

The Crow tried to push her head into the jug, Sadly, she found that the neck of the jug
was too narrow. Then she tried to push the jug down for the water to flow out but she found
that the jug was too heavy.

The Crow thought hard for a while. Then looking around her, she saw some pebbles.
She suddenly had a good idea. She started picking up the pebbles one by one, dropping each
into the jug. As more and more pebbles filled the jug, the water level kept rising. Soon it was
high enough for the crow to drink. "It's working she said".

One day, a dog stole a big piece of meat and he was very proud of it. Then, he ran off
until he reached the bank of the river. He looked down into the river water carefully and he
saw another dog with a piece of meat in its mouth.
Funnily enough, the dog did not realize that it was his own reflection in the water.
When he was full, he threw himself on the other dog to steal his meat as well.
Unfortunately, when he was in the water, he had to let go the remains of the meat to avoid
drowning, and so was left with nothing.

Nowadays, several killer whales have been captures while young and raised in sea
aquariums. They have been trained to perform a number of tricks on command, and will even

Anybody who is over the age of six knows that there is nowhere safe for skateboarders
to skate. This prevents young people from enjoying an active, energetic, and adventurous past
time. Just watch a local street for a short while and note the steady stream of skaters speeding
up and down the footpaths. Toddlers can be knocked down as they struggle home carrying
their cat food from supermarkets.

Skateboarding is a serious sport that improves young people’s health. It increases


fitness, improves young people’s health. It increases fitness, improves balance and strengthens
the joint in knees and ankles. Although it appears to be a solo sport, when groups practice
together and compete to perform stunts or runs they form firm friendship.

Young people should be prevented from becoming overweight couch potatoes. If they

free from restrictions. We must build skate parks in the suburbs so that streets are safe for

expose things you have tried to protect them from, especially violence, pornography,
consumerism, etc.
A study demonstrated that spending too much time on watching TV during the day or
at bedtime often causes bedtime disruption, stress, and short sleep duration.
Another research found that there is a significant relationship between the amount of
time spent for watching television during adolescence and early adulthood, and the possibility
of being aggressive.
Meanwhile, many studies have identified a relationship between kids who watch TV a
lot and being inactive and overweight.
Considering some facts mentioned above, protect your children with the following tips:

Albert Einstein was born near the end of the 1900s in Ulf, Germany. He graduated from the
University of Zurich in Switzerland at age 26. That was also when he did his famous work in
physics. Fourteen years later he won the Nobel Prize for Physics.
For the next ten years he lived in Germany and traveled a lot to talk to other scientists. Then in
the early 1930s he had to leave Germany because of Hitler and the Nazi party. He moved to
the United States. From that time until his death he lived in Princeton, New Jersey. He died at
the age of 74.

Timun Emas

One night, while they were praying, Buto Ijo a giant with supranatural powers passed
their house. He heard they pray. "Don't worry farmers. I can give you a child. But you have to
give me that child when she is 17 years old," said Buto Ijo. The farmers were so happy. They
did not think about the risk of losing their child letter and agree to take the offer.

Later, Buto Ijo gave them a bunch of cucumber seeds. The farmers planted them
carefully. Then the seeds changed into plants. No longer after that, a big golden cucumber
grew from plants. After it had ripe, the farmers picked and cut it. They were very surprised to
see beautiful girl inside the cucumber. They named her Timun Mas or Golden Cucumber.
Years passed by and Timun Mas has changed into a beautiful girl. On her 17th birthday,
Timun Mas was very happy.

However, the parents were very sad. They knew they had to keep their promise to Buto
Ijo the giant but they also did not want to lose their beloved daughter. "My daughter, take this
bag. It can save you from the giant," said father. "What do you mean, Father? I don't
understand," said Timun Mas.
Right after that, Buto Ijo came into their house. "Run Timun Mas. Save your life!" said
the mother. Buto ijo was angry. He knew the farmers wanted to break their promise. He chased
Timun Mas away. Buto Ijo was getting closer and closer.

Timun Mas then opened the bag and threw a handful of salt. It became sea. Buto Ijo
had to swim to cross the sea. Later, Timun Mas threw some chilly. It became a jungle with
trees. The trees had sharp thorns so they hurt Buto Ijo. However, he was still able to chase
Timun Mas.

Timun Mas took her third magic stuff. It was cucumber seeds. She threw them and
became cucumber field. But Buto Ijo still could escape from the field. Then it was the last
magic stuff she had in the bag. It was a shrimp paste or terasi. She threw it and became a big
swamp. Buto Ijo was still trying to swim the swamp but he was very tired. Then he was
drowning and died.

Timun Mas then immediately went home. The farmers were so happy that they finally

Thirdly, English is a top requirement of those seeking jobs. Applicants who master either

How to be a Good Student

We want to be a good student, but we have to be diligent and study hard. Have a good
manner or moral value and crazy of learn. It means that a good student always happy and keep
spirit to learn everything. Beside, a good student has to obey the rule and respect to everybody.

I've some tips about how to be a good student

First, we have to know what is our purpose of study. Is it to make your parent happy, to
reach your dream and choose the dream. The first purpose is to reach God's blessing.

Second, study seriously. Prepare yourself to study and open your mind to receive new
things that can increase your knowledge.

Third, pray to God. Ask what you want, Ask that you want to be the best. And
remember that we live in the world is just to pray and keep our faith to reach the heaven.

Fourth, respect all your teacher. Love your entire lesson. If you like the lesson you will
be capable on that lesson, because you can learn it happily.

Fifth, Do it! If you want to be a success, to be a good student, you must study hard. Do
the best and God do the rest.

The last is positive thinking. With positive thinking we can go through the life easily.
Just like nothing can stop us. Try to be the best. Try to compete with other people to motivate
yourself and to know how your skill is.
