as a shift leader beside the manager to monitor ten to fifteen employees at a time. Made
leadership decisions such as when to send others home for the day when necessary.
January 2013 to March 2014

Five Below, Pittsburgh, PA

As a manager of this retail chain, open and close the store. Handle the delivery, pick up,
packing, and unpacking of deliveries by multiple vendors. Lead the team of associates
ranging from two to six people at a time, while completing tasks left by the general
manager. Working as a team with other managers on duty to complete tasks in an
organized and efficient manner.

Working as a Host, sitting small and large groups, maintaining conversation, and catering
to the needs of guests. Dealing with large groups of people in a team atmosphere and
