Her eagerness to perform all exams showed that she was ready to learn and work hard. She executed x-ray procedures with good positioning, proper collimation, and adherence to ALARA. She showed ‘genuine interest in learning. Courtney expressed interest in furthering her education, She applied to an MRI program and was chosen as a candidate for an interview. She did not hesitate to ask questions. | appreciated the way she took constructive criticism and used them to further improve her skills. I saw a distinct growth from when she first arrived at the clinic, All throughout her rotation, she demonstrated excellent patient care. She interacted well with patients. She was very kind and made them feel comfortable with her friendliness. She was attentive at al times to the patients’ needs. Her interpersonal communication skills made it easy to relate with patients as well as with myself, the providers, and other supporting staff members.
