3020 Reflection Biopsychosocial

This assignment was very challenging for me, this was my first interaction
with a client and I remember feeling very nervous. It ended up being a great
learning opportunity for me and I was able to apply the competencies to this
assignment, including applying thinking to inform and communicate
professional judgements. This was done by my responses with the client.
This assignment was also beneficial in the way of getting real life experience,
not just textbook learning, which I found to be the most effective in my
learning process.
