Title:Fire Alarm System using Thermistor

Abstract
Fire alarm system are used in the event of a fire or fire
drill.They are activated either manually or auatomaticaly after the
fire projector goals are established usually by referencing the
minimum level of projection mandated by appropriate model
building code , insurance agencies ,and other authorities .
The fire alarm designer under takes to detail specific
components ,arrangement and interface necessary to accomplish
these goals, this paper specifies various circuits for detecting fire.
Keyword :Diodes, Fire ,alarm, thermistor, transistor ,Timer
circuit(IC TIMER)

INTRODUCTION
A fire alarm circuit is very useful for security system
.equipment specifically manufactured for the purpose one
selected and standardized installation methods are anticipated
doing the design.
Automatic fire detection system, when combined with the
other elements of an emergency response and evacuation plan,
can significantly reduce property damage, personal injuries and
loss of life from fire in work place.
Their main function is to quickly identify a developing fire and
alert building occupants and emergency response personal before
extensive damage occur.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Design a fire alarm system for factory. This system should quick
warning to the people working at this factory. The fire alarm
system to be design must care all facilities on site and alarming
all occupants of the factory.There are many ways to detect a
fire .but the most common method used is the heat detectors and
smoke detectors.
Developing a fire alarm system needs a precise skill and a
comprehensive knowledgy of the fire alarm equipment and
applications.

Objective of the design

The basic objective of effective fire detection
(project) measure is to protect Human lives,
material assets, and the environment from
dangers and the effect of fire specifically this
means:
