Provides specific platforms and sensors designed to mitigate risks

in switchgear and other mission critical power equipment. Failures
in these locations are typically the result of thermal and environmental
abuse.

Thermal inspections are crucial to prevent switchgear failures,

however, periodic inspections may not be enough to prevent
a catastrophic event. Using InfraSensing™ patented thermal
imaging sensors, temperature anomalies can be monitored 24x7.
Complimentary sensors can also be added to monitor other key
factors including: shock vibration, gas detection (SF6, HS2, SO2
and/or Ozone), VOC
particles, corrosion,
humidity, and water
leak status.

There are four recognized stages in a battery fire. Stage 3 (smoke) and Stage 4 (fire) are both the result of
thermal runaway. These stages are typically addressed by fire detection and suppression systems.

InfraSensing’s modular sensor platform complements traditional fire systems with Stage 1 (prevention)
devices focused on environmental abuse and Stage 2 (off-gassing) devices focused on gas detection. The
Li-IonSensing modular platform offers a customizable solution to help minimize the impact of catastrophic
failures while also maximizing BESS life span and protecting your CAPEX.
