Dear Sandeep,
As part of MCX rules and regulations, we are required to get a signed
copy from you stating that we have sent you the Electronic Contract
Note (ECN) Authorization page by email to your registered email
address. Attached you will find the ECN page which you are required to
read, hand-write portions of it in your own writing, sign and courier back
to our office in Chennai. This ECN page is also part of your KYC
document (Page 9). If you have already filled the PAGE 9, then you need
not take a print out of the attached ECN authorization page.
Additionally, you will need to print this email, sign this email (to prove
that you received this email from us on your registered email address)
and send it to us with your application. Please do not confuse this with
just printing the attachment. This email itself has to be printed, signed,
and couriered to our Chennai office along with your application.
In summary, you need to do the following:
1) Print the attached PDF (MCX-ECN.pdf). You need NOT do this if you
have filled PAGE 9 of KYC and signed. Ignore steps 2 to 4 in that case.
2) Fill in the required details on the PDF
3) Make sure you hand-write the underlined lines in the PDF on the
space marked "PLEASE WRITE HERE"
4) Sign the PDF form
5) Print this email and sign it
6) Courier KYC and the signed printout of this email to our Chennai
office
