Licensing for Non UMK Representative Office - Foreign

Trade Company Representative Office (KP3A) Trade


Through Electronic Systems (PMSE)

1. Make sure you have access rights


● rights in the form of a username and password sent to the e-mail specified during
registration.
2. Visit https://oss.go.id/

3. Select SIGN
4. Enter username and password, then click the ENTER

5. Menu Representative Office and select Application


6. Complete Foreign PSE Number (NIB)
● The system will display the KP3A Application menu - PMSE, then fill in the Foreign
PSE NIB that you already have.
● Click the Check NIB.

7. Select TDPSE Number The


● system will display the next entry, then select the TDPSE number that has been
issued and which you wish to submit for a KP3A-PMSE Business Permit.
8. Check Principal Data The
● system will display Principal Data automatically based on the selected TDPSE
number:
1.TDPSE Number
2.Electronic System
3. Url Website
4.Business Activities
5.Name of Office
6.Address
7.Country of Origin
8.Email
9 .Telephone Number

9. Fill in the Representative Office Data in Indonesia


● The system will display the Representative Office Data input form in Indonesia
automatically:
1. Name of Head of Office
2. Country of Origin of Head of Office
3. NIK / Passport Number
● Data that you must complete:
1. Address Representative Office
2.Province
3.Regency / City
4.District
5.Kelurahan
6.Zip Code
7.Email
8.Telephone Number

10. Complete Office Activity Data The


● system will display an Input Office Activity Data, data that you must complete:
1. Foreign Workers (Persons)
2. Number of Indonesian Male (Persons)
3. Female Workers (Persons)

11. Complete the Document Requirements Data The


● system will display multiple inputs Requirements Document Data that you must
complete:
● Click the SELECT DOCUMENT to upload the required documents according to the
information listed.
12. Complete Other TDPSE Data
● The system will automatically display the previously selected TDPSE Data:
1.TDPSE Number
2.Electronic System Name
3.Website Url
4.Business Activity
● Data that you must complete:
1.Complaint Email
2.Complaint Telephone Number
3. Screenshot of the website/application that contains the email & telephone
contact for complaints
4. Screenshot of the website/application that contains contact info for the
PKTN complaint service.

● Click the SELECT DOCUMENT to upload the required documents according to the
information listed.

13. Understand and Check Disclaimer


● Read, understand, and click the checkbox in the disclaimer listed.
● Then click the Submit Submission.

14. Confirmation of Correctness of Data Entry The


● system will display a confirmation message regarding the correctness and suitability
of the previously filled and completed data:
a) If you want to check or correct the data, click the Fix.
b) If the data entered is correct, click the Yes to continue the application
process.

15. Business Permit (NIB) has been issued


● . The system will display again the data that has been entered in the Application
menu and this data can not be changed.
● Scroll/slide the page to the section Principal Data, then you can click the Print NIB
to view, download or print the published NIB. (can be seen in step 15.a)
● For the PMSE SIUP3A submission process, you can check by clicking on the
Representative Office menu and selecting Application List.

15.a Business Permit (NIB) has been issued (If you click the Print NIB button)
16.a Check the Application List (SIUP3A PMSE has not been processed by the Authority of
the Relevant Agency)
● The system will display a list of applications for Representative Offices of Foreign
Trade Companies Through the Electronic System (KP3A PMSE) automatically:
1.Application
Number 2.Application Date
3.Status (the status will change following the processing carried out by the
relevant Authority Authority.)
● In this view you can also download the NIB document by clicking Print NIB.
● Wait for a change in Status on the submitted application:
a) Proceed to step 16.b, if the application submitted needs to improve the
required documents.
b) Continue to step 16.c, if there is no improvement.
16.b Check the List of Applications (If there are Improved Requirements)
● Change Status to 'Remedied Requirements' only if the application submitted needs
to correct the required documents previously filled out.

● To correct the requirements document, click Representative Office and select


Application.

● The system will display an information message for improvement, then click the OK
and correct the contents of the requirements document that needs to be corrected.
● After repair, Status will change to 'Not Processed' again.
16.c Check the Application List (if there are no revisions to the requirements)
● Status change to 'Approval of Requirements' on the application submitted and has
been verified by the relevant Authority Authority.

17. Business Permit (SIUP3A PMSE) has been issued


● If the Status on the application has become 'Verified', then Business Permit (SIUP3A
PMSE) has been issued.
● Click the Print SIUP3A PMSE button. (can be seen in step 17.a)
● Then you can view, download, and print the business license product.
