My immediate plans for professional development is to observe as much as possible. Every teacher has something to offer and I would love to see the different techniques there are. I also plan to attend as many seminars as I can afford. I especially want to focus my attention on behavior/classroom management. This was my biggest struggle during my student teaching experience and I need to improve my ability to manage my classroom. What are your future plans for professional development (3-5 years)? I expect to keep learning throughout the rest of my life. I will take advantage of professional development through seminars and the courses that the district I will be teaching in provides. I plan on taking more college courses. I am going to get my Masters degree and possibly strive for another major. I would love to receive a masters degree in either mathematics, administration, and/or sports management.
