BCTR Resident Teacher Data

As an organization, BCTR keeps close track of our progress towards end goals. We daily collect and compile data that
demonstrates our progress. This view of my current caseload demonstrates how Resident teachers are progressing
towards their individual goals prior to final certification decisions. All 7 coaches in the organization edit this live
document, and its used heavily at our weekly team meetings to discuss next steps as to ensure teachers are getting
the right type of coaching to help them become more successful in the classroom and earn their certification.
