1 That I am the spouse of the late VICENTE LAMISAHAN PANES, who
died on January 7, 2011 at 8005 Kias, Baguio City;
2 That based on my personal knowledge and as well on the records
my late husband during his lifetime has no existing debt or
obligation to any private person or entity or to any bank or even to
any government agencies;
3 That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and to and for all legal intents and purposes it may
serve.
