Reflection

1- How are you motivated. Extrinsically or intrinsically? Give an


example.
- Intrinsically, because it is become from my self. Also, I want to do it.
2- Talk to your MST. Find out what her opinion is about giving
rewards. Is it always appreciate? When is it appropriate? When is it
not appreciate?
-She thought that it is not bad. Not always worked with students but it
is dependent on the situation. In activities. In the lessons that is not
fair with it.
3- Is your teacher's individual reward system effective( from what you
noticed)?
- yes, actually students effect from other so they want to be like their
friends.
4- Is your teacher's group reward system effective? Why or why not?
- In pre-k they don't have group work so it is hard to know about it.
However, students work as group when they clean their stuff. So their
MRS praised them to feel happy.
5- What are your personal ideas about using rewards in the
classroom?
- I believe that the rewards should use it in the right ways. For
example, in the activities because that let students to do the activities.
6- What kinds of rewards do you think work best?
- The stamp. Actually I saw my MST use this stamp and I think that
works with them.
7- What kinds of rewards are not good?
- I think no one of rewards that MST use it are not good because she
knows what her students prefer it.

8- What can the teacher do to make sure that all children get rewards
from time to time?
- She did a lot of activities to make sure that all students got star.
9- what kinds of re/awards did you receive as a student?
- Star, because I was quite students in the class and I was good
listener.
