    Research Proposal
    My topic was Android in general as an operating system. It is mostly used on mobile
    phones, but it has been expanding to work with cars and other appliances. I tried to narrow my
    topic down to be very specific but it was hard. First, I decided that I was going to focus more on
    the present rather than focusing on the inventions and the future of Android. Next, I chose to also
    focus on the influence of Android on the people or consumers rather than developers. I also
    decided to compare Android to other operating systems. I concluded that I was going to find a
    little history and then discuss the effects of Android and how it is distributed to the consumers.
