PROGRESS: on 09/02/2015
TURBINE:
Control Fluid System:
Regeneration Pump is in continuous operation.
Control oil flushing is started on 12.01.15.
Control fluid flushing all the loops charged.
Coolers normalizing under progress.

TDBFP-B:
1. Drive Turbine of TDBFP-B was put in mechanical barring gear on 10.12.14.
Max. Speed reach is 384 rpm.
C&I cable not ready from DCS (Customer scope).Cabling works is under
progress (Customer scope).
TDBFP-A:
TDBFP-A oil flushing Completed on 25.12.14.
JOP motor trail run completed. (31/01/2015).
Jacking oil lines hydro test completed 120KSC on 06/02/2015.
Barring gear and governing lines hydro test completed on 05/02/2015.
Oil transfer pump motor trail run completed on 06/02/2015.
Oil draining from Lube oil tank completed on 09/02/2015.
Lube oil tank cleaning under progress.

VACCUM PUMP:
Vacuum pump motors 2 nos. trail run completed on 20.11.14.
POWER CYCLE PIPING & PIPING:
1. Main stream line (MS) from SG Nozzle to ESV East side and west side
Steam blowing completed
2.Feed water line East side steam blowing completed on and West side steam
blowing is to be completed after getting LDO (Customer scope).
OGDHR:
OGDHR motor two numbers electrical testing was completed.
OGDHR motor was run decoupled condition. BOTH the motors
De bearing temperature is reached 85C. Bearings to be

inspected.
C& I SYSTEM
HMI Engineer from BHEL/EDN for the backup node splitting in
Metso-DNA and for other HMI pending issues.
ERVs cable checking under progress. 1/7 valves completed.
Logic linking from DCS to BCP(back up control panel) under progress.
Auxiliary Boiler:
Pending points attending are under progress.

PROGRAMME/plan
1. Starting of Control oil flushing after normalizing coolers.
