We as a group, the Thespiasaurusi, will vow to do our best in completing our

assignments on time with effort and care. Together, we will work towards our goals
and accomplish them. We vow to use our full potential and do the best we can.

Meetings
Meetings will and most likely be before school, after school, whenever we are
free, or during online conversations held via Skype, Facebook, Email, etc at an
agreed upon and appropriate time. All members are expected to be at each meeting
on the agreed time.

Decision Process
Decisions will be made where each member contributes their ideas to making
a final decision as a group. Any further disagreement will be looked further into until
everyone comes to a consensus. Before coming to the teacher for intervention, we
will refer to either other members of the group or other students who are having the
same issues.

Norms of Meeting
All members will aim to fulfill these goals during a normal meeting:

Work together cooperatively

Share our general knowledge

Participate in group discussions

Attempt to solve discussed problems

Share new, different ideas

Prioritize our goals

Refer to peers before asking for teacher intervention

Allow every voice to be heard

Every thought and opinion should be valued

Avoid distractions and conflict

Consequences
If a member of Thespiasaurusi fails to meet the expectations, they will first be
given a warning and asked to reflect on their actions.
