Abstract
Administrators at Lourdes Womens and Childrens Services have become
increasingly Concerned about the process by which they resolve
management problems. The current Problem solving process includes
problem identification and solution implementation. This approach does not
employ a cogent method to substantiate the problem and arrive at a
Practicable list of potential solutions. The data analysis Weaknesses of the
model are demonstrated through information gathered in the interviews. In
order to manage this issue, moving away from an accumulative model
towards a more Logical model may benefit the unit in terms of their pursuit
of successful problem solving.

Acknowledgements
I desperately wanted some direction in attaining some semblance of a
Philosophy. I have more clarity today than ever before and I thank the
professors and staff Of the MPA program for helping me to finding a level of
lucidity that I did not anticipate. I would like to thank Dr. David Campbell.
Your instruction throughout the Capstone Process provided a sturdy
framework that greatly assisted me in the completion of my Project. I
appreciate your patient ability to explain ideas or concepts in 100 different
ways until I achieved full and complete comprehension. Thank you. Thank
you to Dr. Nadia providing me the necessary feedback and direction I needed
to evolve my project. Your guidance is eternally appreciated. To my peers, I
learned so much from all of you and I thank you for your time, honesty, and
considerate input during the semester.
