Executive Vice President Screening

The Human Resources Department has forwarded to our screening committee five complete
applications for the executive vice president position. Letters of acknowledgment have already been
mailed to all applicants.
The work of this screening committee is outlined in the enclosed schedule. Please read the schedule
carefully noting your specific responsibilities regarding telephone interviews with references. Refer to
pages 130-140 of the Employment Guide for legal responsibilities in conducting interviews and use the
interview template when conducting your interviews.
Our committee will meet on Thursday, April 1, at 9 a.m. in the third floor conference room to hear your
reports and to narrow the list of candidates to three. These three individuals will be invited for an
interview.
