Reflection
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)

1. Briefly describe the field

experience. What did you learn about
technology facilitation and leadership
from completing this field experience?

I planned and led several sessions

on different uses of technology and
technology related philosophies. The
entire experience expanded my
thinking on the ways that can use
technology as a teacher as well as
the way I can help the teachers I
coach become more comfortable
with using it in their classrooms

2. How did this learning relate to the

knowledge (what must you know),
skills (what must you be able to do)
and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs,
enthusiasm) required of a technology
facilitator or technology leader?
(Refer to the standards you selected in
Part I. Use the language of the PSC
standards in your answer and reflect
on all 3knowledge, skills, and
dispositions.) Its always good to be
surrounded by like-mind individuals.
However, to say I was surrounded at on
the committee would be a tremendous
understatement. I learned something
from every member of the committee to
add to my practice. Working with other
teachers gave us an opportunity to share
successes and workarounds. I was able
to translate what I learned into several
PD Sessions at my school.

3. Describe how this field experience

impacted school improvement, faculty
development or student learning at
your school. How can the impact be
assessed?
My objective was to seek out
information that I thought would be most
beneficial to the faculty and school
initiatives. Using that information I
would plan several professional
development sessions for the staff.
