    Open Citrix icon & enter user name & password to access U2000 Server

    Choose M2000 icon and enter user name and password as show in fig

    After main page open press CTRL+F to open search window as show In fig

    Write site number , at result you will find site 2G & 3G, assume we will work on 2G press on it,

    To know BSCH, press left click on free space you will find BSCH appear at left window

    To know number of E1 connected on RBS write command: LST BTSConnect, and choose index type by
    name & write site name as show in fig

    No of E1 appear at Result as show in fig

    To check E1 status: you should know E1 port on BSCH as show in fig

    Use command DSP E1T1


    Complete E1 port data as show in fig & choose Board type OIUa, if no result choose EIUa

    E1 status result as show in fig, you should back to RBS alarm to check if no alarm or not, because E1 will
    be up if there are loop or RBS connected direct and up

    If there is loop and E1 up and RBS has E1 alarm down, press right click on RBS and choose Query alarm
    event >Current alarm as show in fig
