Subject: A report on decision to set up an electronic door system.

The purpose of this report is to inform you all on decision to set up an electric door system.

Our Answer Desk Ltd. company plans to install an electronic door system from 1 September
2021 for the safety and improvements of our office for our employees.

We have 25 employees in our company. We will therefore provide all of them with electronic
ID cards, which can be used to open the electronic door to the office. For our employees, this
is very easy and safe.

Since our office has no external customers, this electronic door is safe for us. Therefore, no
one else can enter our office easily.

Our office is located in a six-storied building on the second floor. But there is a customer
service on the first floor and a bank on the second floor. Both places are crowded. Sometimes
only some clients visited our office for the presentation. In error, the clients of customer
service and banks enter our office which hinders our work and constitutes a threat to security.
Some items of our employees have been stolen by external clients a few times.

So, we plan to establish an electronic door for our employees to be extremely helpful and
secure. This Thursday morning an appointment with the employee is scheduled. If you have
any suggestions or requests, please let us know.

Approximately BDT. 900000 taka is needed to set up an electronic door and for setting up the
office will remain closed from August 28, 2021, to August 31, 2021.
