Awakening the Dreamer Symposium

Working towards a sustainable, just, and fulfilling future

February 6, 2010 1:00pm – 5:30pm

210 2nd St, Pacific Grove

How can we continue working together to bring about the

environmentally sustainable, socially just, spiritually
fulfilling world we all long for?

Using video clips from some of the world's most respected thinkers,
inspiring short films, leading edge information, and dynamic group
interactions, the symposium offers insight into the forces and assumptions at
play in contemporary society and the opportunity we have to positively
shape and impact the direction of our world with our everyday choices and
actions.

The symposium will be held in a relaxed atmosphere and will be limited to

fifteen participants. Please RSVP to Chad Morse at morse.chad@gmail.com
by Wednesday, February 3.

Facilitator Chad Morse has worked in secondary and post-secondary

education for the past 10 years with an emphasis on experiential education,
service-learning, and sustainability. He has worked for the Harvard
Extension School, Volunteers in Asia at Stanford University, the Center for
Agriculture and Sustainable Food Systems at UC Santa Cruz, and Williams
Island Farm in Chattanooga, TN.
