I hope this letter finds you well. As the President of the Society of Music Students (SMS) of
Music Department at Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP), I am reaching out to you
with a heartfelt request for sponsorship for our upcoming spiritual retreat.

Our music department is organizing a spiritual retreat for our students, aimed at fostering not
only their musical talents but also their spiritual and social development. To further this mission,
we are organizing a spiritual retreat for our students from April 5th to 7th, 2024, aimed at
providing them with a transformative experience that will enrich their lives in various aspects.

Many of our students come from diverse backgrounds, and some are facing hardships that hinder
their ability to participate fully in such enriching experiences. We are passionate about ensuring
that every student has the opportunity to benefit from this retreat, regardless of their financial
circumstances.

One of the main challenges we are facing is covering the expenses associated with
transportation. We estimate that we need at least ₱10,000 to cover the rental cost of a van that
will transport our students to the retreat venue. By alleviating this financial burden, we can
ensure that more students can join us and benefit from the spiritual nourishment and
encouragement that the retreat offers.

We believe that your support would play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retreat and
enabling more students to benefit from this valuable experience. Your sponsorship will not only
provide practical assistance but also serve as a source of encouragement for students who may be
facing hardships and need a helping hand.
