helping hand and shared moments

Our commitment to the children of

Matrusri Orphanage doesn't end

much-needed essentials like food,
but also with clothing and books to
facilitate their education. Your

Supporting the Elderly
In our ongoing mission to make a
difference in the lives of those in
need, the Sam and Jane
Foundation’s commitment to
supporting the elderly has always
been a cornerstone of our work, and
we're proud to continue this legacy
of care.

We had the privilege of organizing a

special Feeding and Blanket
Distribution Program in Guntur,
Andhra Pradesh, where we reached
out to the elderly residents of an old
age home. This initiative was born
out of our deep belief in providing
comfort and warmth to those who
find themselves alone in the later
stages of life. The program was a
heartwarming success, and it filled us
with immense pleasure to see the
smiles on the faces of the elderly
recipients. The simple act of
providing a hot meal and a cozy
blanket brought not just warmth but
also a sense of belonging to these
individuals, many of whom have
been left alone in their twilight years.
The Sam and Jane Foundation
remains unwavering in our
commitment to supporting the
elderly. We recognize the value of
their wisdom and experience and
believe that they deserve to live
their later years in dignity and
comfort. Our future includes
extending this program to many
more old-age homes, ensuring that
more elderly individuals experience
the warmth and care they deserve.
Sukanya Valeti
Scholarship Fund
As we continue our journey of
spreading hope and making a
positive impact through Sukanya
Valeti Scholarship Fund (SVSF), the
Sam and Jane Foundation is thrilled
to share some heartwarming news
with you. We believe in the
transformative power of education,
and our commitment to providing
opportunities for deserving students
remains unwavering.
Last quarter, we proudly extended
the SVSF to five more deserving
students. The SVSF is designed to
empower young minds and provide
them with the resources they need
to pursue their dreams.
We have extended the Sukanya
Valeti Scholarship Fund (SVSF) to a
bright 4th-grade student facing
extraordinary challenges. This young
student's mother is a divorcee and,
tragically, lost both of her hands due
to an electrocution accident. She
was struggling to meet the
educational expenses necessary for
her child's future. In response to their
dire circumstances, the Sam and
Jane Foundation stepped in to offer
unwavering support. We have
committed to covering all the
educational expenses for this young
student until he successfully
completes his 10th-grade
education. Our aim is to ensure that
this student's educational journey is
smooth and filled with the promise
of a brighter future.
We are proud to share that the Sam
and Jane Foundation has extended
the SVSF to a remarkable
10th-grade student who has faced
the profound loss of both parents.
This student has been dependent on
the support of relatives during these
trying times. Our commitment to
supporting deserving young students
remains resolute, and we are
dedicated to making their
educational journeys as smooth and
promising as possible.
One of the students, hailing from
Andhra Pradesh, India, recently
achieved her dream of gaining
admission to an Engineering College.
While she does receive government
support through fee reimbursement,
still needs some finance to meet her
education. Her family's financial
situation remains a challenge. With a
father who doesn't contribute to the
family's well-being and a mother
working as a daily wage laborer,
they were struggling to meet the
balance education expenses. The
Sam and Jane Foundation stepped
in to ensure a smooth educational
journey for this ambitious student,
helping bridge the gap and ensuring
she could reach her full potential.
We are delighted to announce that
the Sam and Jane Foundation has
extended the Sukanya Valeti
Scholarship Fund (SVSF) to support a
young woman who has successfully
completed her Engineering degree
and is eager to pursue higher
studies. However, her academic
certificates were held by the
college due to unpaid student fees.
Hailing from a humble background
with her father working as a pastor
and her mother as a homemaker,
she faced financial constraints for
the past six months. Recognizing her
determination and potential, the
Sam and Jane Foundation stepped
in to clear the outstanding dues and
release her certificates. By doing so,
we are opening a pathway to a
brighter and more promising future
for this deserving student as she
continues her educational journey.
The fifth scholarship was extended
to an Agriculture student also
studying in Andhra Pradesh. This
young scholar, who tragically lost his
father to cancer, was facing
challenges in meeting his hostel
expenses. His mother, a dedicated
homemaker, was struggling to make
ends meet as they come from a
financially disadvantaged
background. In response to their
need, the Sam and Jane
Foundation came forward to
support this student by covering his
monthly hostel expenses for the next
two years until he completes his
course.
