What we need is as follows:

1. Will the recommended solution be permitted. If so, under what conditions?

2. How long do you estimate the permit process to take?
3. What will it take to secure the permit? Is this already covered under the Fish and Game
exemption?

If you can get the answers to 1 and 2 above to me or Lesley by next week, we may then start to
negotiate the installation and oversight with Bruce.
