I take emergency and non-emergency police and medical phone calls, monitor alarms
and cameras, and dispatch police radio.
95 percent accuracy in call information.
Configured over 1,000 cameras for motion detection; trained 4 dispatchers and the
technology department on the specifics of motion detection.
Certifications: National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch, Adult and Child
CPR, Police Officer Standards and Training for Dispatchers.
Orem Police Department
Public Information Intern
I assisted the Public Information Officer in communicating effectively with press and
the community.
Conducted research, wrote the annual report and press releases, updated website
content, helped the department go paperless and created YouTube videos.

We executed a campaign to raise awareness for Habitat for Humanity of Utah
County.
Increased Facebook followers by 19 percent.
