    Rigoberto Magana was enrolled in the ROP Marketing program for the 2014-2015 school
    year at Merced High School.
    During this school year Rigoberto has received on-the-job training at Jamba Juice as a
    Prep Cook. He was willing to meet their dress code and perform every task assigned to
    him. Some of his responsibilities included: wash dishes properly, stock clean dishes in
    proper places, follow food safety policies when working with food, and perform general
    maintenance.
    In the classroom setting, he always came to class on time, prepared and ready to learn.
    He works well as a member of a team, not only in the class, but at his training site as
    well. His attendance all year was excellent, which is an important aspect to getting hired
    in a business.
