David Lor was enrolled in the ROP Marketing program for the 2014-2015 school year at
Merced High School.
During this school year David has received on-the-job training at Carls Jr. as a Prepcook.
He was willing to meet their dress code and perform every task assigned to him. Some of
his responsibilities included: prep food, greet customers in a positive, cheerful manner,
take customer orders at register, and perform general maintenance.
In the classroom setting, he always came to class on time, prepared and ready to learn.
He works well as a member of a team, not only in the class, but at his training site as
well. His attendance all year was excellent, which is an important aspect to getting hired
in a business. Which Carls Jr. was happy to welcome him as part of their company as an
employee.
