It went in my awareness from a reliable source that your company is in need of a call
center agent. The undersigned clearly understands that being an agent of outsourcing
is quite difficult yet challenging for its main objective is to deliver quality services to
respected clients for the improvement of the business commerce not just on the owned
company but to the holistic feature on the Philippine industry.

With that said, I felt privileged to present to you myself. I am Dindo Arambala Ojeda, a
graduate of a teaching course, specifically named as Bachelor of Secondary Education,
major in Filipino. I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers last September 27, 2015
garnering 83.04% as my GPA. I incurred 4-year experience in my teaching career at ABC
Educational Development Center, Inc., and Central Mindanao Colleges, both private
institutions situated in Kidapawan City. I used to teach high school students from Junior
High School up to Senior High School. My teaching career was not just limited in teaching
Filipino subjects. I manned to instruct specialized and applied subjects to the Senior High
School students. Moreover, I have taught also Values Education subject.

Apart from being an instructor, I was appointed also in my former workplace as the
Marketing Head in our department. In this, I engaged myself in developing plans
specifically, 3-year strategic plan purposely for persuading and encouraging students to
enroll. After which, execution on these comes next.

In lieu with this, proudly saying that the mentioned experiences are tough enough for me
to qualify on being employed as one of your call center agents. Basically, in my teaching
course, I have developed already my communication skills towards clients and/or
costumers. Further, I have gained also my proficiency on our official languages,
specifically Filipino and English.

Humbly speaking, these experiences of mine would clearly define that I deserve to have
the specified position for I can assure that I could be an asset of your company in making
